Razer is best known for their gaming devices and accessories but the company has made a commitment to branch out from that niche.
With eyes firmly on the productivity market, the Razer Book 13 is a premium laptop in an ultra-portable 13.4-inch chassis. It aims to deliver high performance and excellent battery life, making it “the most efficient laptop from Razer to date”, according to the manufacturer.
It also features touchscreen models, a 16:10 ratio display, Windows Hello facial recognition and a wide range of ports for comprehensive connectivity options, all aimed at pleasing the “prosumer”. The Razer Book 13 is available for pre-order now via the Razer website. Pricing starts at $1199.99, and it begins shipping on November 30th.
Crammed into that thin chassis is a fast 11th-gen. Intel processor (Core i5 and i7 options available) with clock speeds up to 4.7Ghz. These new, multi-core CPUs, along with Intel Iris Xe graphics and up to 16GBs of RAM, promise to deliver fast performance and excellent multitasking. You can render a video or manipulate high-resolution photos while still being able to browse the web or attend a video meeting without stuttering or slowdown.
Full pricing and pre-order options are available now over on the official Razer website.
